You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Establish budgets and forecasts for the organization Conduct fiscal meetings to go over P & L statements, program expenses, and budgets.
Assist in overseeing financial statement preparation and the month end close Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques Implement processes and procedures Financial reporting Maintain corporate checking accounts Conduct internal audits to assess financial status Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Serve as primary contact for external auditors
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CFO, Director of Finance, or Controller in a non-profit organization Fundamental knowledge of GAAP CPA preferred Strong leadership qualities Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type:

$90,000.
