Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant serving the Customer Service Department, Dispatcher and Estimating Department.
Skills include but not limited to completing Service Request Orders and processing them.
Manage technician schedules and computer dispatching, multi-tasking, organizational skills necessary.
Computer skills are required and basic accounting skills for billing, reporting, etc.
At least one year related experience required in all areas listed.
Position is hourly 8:
30-5, full time, weekdays with full benefit package.
Background check and drug test is required.
