2 months) Inventory Assistant to join our team! You will enjoy a busy work environment, with flexibility.
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the basic inventory maintenance utilizing excel and creating an overall master list of property inventory.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Manager and Maintenance Administrator with creating an overall master list spreadsheet via Excel of all inventory parts for the property.
This will require creating Excel formulas.
- Count numerous types of items and label appropriately.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all property staff and residents.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by Property Manager such as possible lifting and moving of items/boxes.
- You must have the ability to function both inside and outside in all types of weather.
Light to Medium work may require prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
- A reliable vehicle and driver's license is required.
