Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
This role involves interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products.
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of COE while effectively communicating with customers through various channels, such as phone or email.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to help maintain and improve COE Distributing's reputation and customer relationships.
This position is based out of our corporate distribution center located in Smock, PA.
Reports to:
Donna Jeffries, Director of Customer Service.
Full-time (40hrs), Monday through Friday Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Assisting customers with order placements, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Collaborating with other departments to address complex customer inquiries or escalations.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the designated systems.
Continuously staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Providing feedback to the team lead or manager on common customer concerns and potential improvements.
Completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification & Skills:
Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel Inside sales experience and bilingual communication skills are a strong plus! Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Possess strong attention to detail, highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service orientated.
Work well both independently and as a part of a team.
