Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Transcribe notes and documents accurately - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Coordinate meetings and conference calls - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred This position includes working at a client's home and after hour on-call.
