Uniontown office location is seeking a front desk administrator for their outpatient mental health/drug alcohol programs.
Position will include front desk administrative duties and assisting our staff.
Incentive plan eligible at 90 days from your date of hire! -Ability to multi-task and work in busy front desk area -Check in and check out of patients -Handling of high volume of phone calls on a daily basis -Assisting psychiatrist with vitals -Verification of patient insurances, collection of copays -Adhere to policies and procedures including HIPAA/confidentiality -Authorizations of insurances/medications -Complete other tasks as needed -Excellent computer/typing skills, EMR -Excellent communication skills with all administrators/therapists/physicians -Maintain a high level of professionalism with all staff and clients at all times -Candidate will see clients as needed for intakes, counseling -Highly organized individual with attention to detail a MUST! -Experience is preferred but not necessary.
Must enjoy working in a busy office environment, contributing to the team and answering a high volume of phone calls.
