We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong knowledge of pharmacy operations.
Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications - Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level - Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service to patients - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies - Utilize aseptic technique when compounding medications - Administer medications via various routes including inhalation Requirements:
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician ( we certify ) - Proficiency in medical terminology - Experience in an acute care or hospital pharmacy setting preferred - Strong understanding of medication administration procedures - Ability to provide exceptional patient service - Familiarity with aseptic techniques in pharmaceutical compounding Join our team and contribute to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our community.
