Sales Team Lead/Supervisor supporting American Red Cross
This position will oversee a group of sales personnel responsible for generating phone-based sales for American Red Cross
Looking for someone who has a minimum 3 years sales experience in commission based environment, preferably business to business sales
Quarterly commission will be available
Hours of operation 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. No weekend hours
The supervised team will handle inbound/outbound calls to small and medium businesses
Detailed training will be provided
General Summary:
Under limited supervision,will lead a team of Sales Reps to increase program revenue by continuously improving the sales skills of the agents and current sales processes. This position will serve as a liaison between TeleTech and American Red Cross with respect to increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction and expanding the scope of the program. The Program Sales Manger will manage the team to metrics set by the partner and TeleTech program management as well as manage the team to acceptable work quality measurements set forth by the partner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Hire, train and coach a team of sales personnel on their B2B sales ability including managing to metrics.
Evaluate all sales personnel on their ability to achieve sales conversion rate and revenue targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Define and work with each agent on action plan to continuously improve sales skills, ensuring that each agent meets target sales objectives provided by the partner.
Responsible for all coaching, mentoring, and counseling of agents. Responsible for meeting designated team metrics provided by the partner, including but not limited to monthly revenue and conversion rate goals along with other goals provided by program management.
Maintain proper scheduling of resources and manage their team to maintain program service levels in answering calls and making follow up contacts.
Oversee sales personnel compliance with all sales processes defined by partner including documentation of telephone contacts in order to ensure the integrity of the database and operational diagnostics for optimizing performance.
Oversees Sales Administrator. Ensures SA meets all metrics for accurate and timely processing of sales contracts along with resolution of all scheduling exceptions between sales agents and partners service delivery team.
Maintain open lines of communications with specified client contacts for the purpose of strengthening and enhancing the TeleTech client relationship. Conduct daily and weekly reviews of performance diagnostics with partner. Collaborate with partner to identify gaps in performance and process opportunities with strategies to immediately address those issues or change/add a process

Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years experience managing sales personnel in a quota based environment
Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience required
Minimum 3 years sales experience in commission based environment, preferably in B2B sales
Direct or Channel sales experience
Minimum one year Inbound / outbound telesales experience required
Program specific tools/process knowledge preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
